DmarcAuditor.com is operated by MB Sipavita. DmarcAuditor.com provides DMARC report monitoring services to help businesses maintain operational email security.
For personal data processed in connection with operating the DmarcAuditor.com website and service, MB Sipavita acts as the data controller for its own business operations, including account administration, billing, support, security, and website operations.
When DmarcAuditor.com processes customer service data on behalf of a customer solely to provide the contracted service, MB Sipavita may act as a data processor for that customer. Where applicable, this relationship is further described in our Data Processing Addendum.
Information we collect
DmarcAuditor.com collects only information necessary to provide services to you, to communicate with you, or to improve our services.
This includes information you provide and information we collect automatically when you sign up and use the service.

- Payment and contact information, such as billing name and address, business tax IDs, and other purchase-related details when you sign up or purchase DmarcAuditor.com services. Payment processing may be handled by Paddle.com Market Limited or one of Paddle’s affiliates as authorized reseller and merchant of record.
- Organizational domains you choose to monitor with DmarcAuditor.com.
- Communications with DmarcAuditor.com, such as survey responses and customer support exchanges.
Information we collect automatically:
- DMARC report information we collect on your behalf for domains you monitor with DmarcAuditor.com to enable you to analyze them.
- Log information, such as IP address, referrer, pages visited, and browser agent.
- Transaction information, such as past purchases, product details, purchase price, and location of the purchase.
- Service usage information, such as how you use the domain reports. We use this information to provide the service to you and to improve the service.
Information we may receive from third parties:
- If you log in with a third-party single sign-on service such as Google or GitHub, we will receive related login information, such as email address, name, and avatar.
How we use information
- To provide services to you, such as creating and maintaining your account, aggregating report data and presenting it to you in an accessible manner, providing customer support, and processing payments.
- To ensure the quality and security of our services and improve them, such as monitoring for and fixing issues and improving features to better suit users’ needs.
