Refund Policy

1. Payments

DMARCAuditor is sold as a subscription service. Payments may be processed by Paddle.com Market Limited or one of Paddle’s affiliates as merchant of record. Your bank or card statement may therefore show Paddle rather than DMARCAuditor.

2. Free Plan

If you are using a free plan, there is nothing to refund.

3. Initial Subscription Purchases

If this is your first paid DMARCAuditor subscription and you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial charge.

We review refund requests in good faith and aim to be fair. In exceptional cases involving fraud or misuse of this policy, we may decline a refund request.

4. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.

However, we may still issue a refund for a renewal charge in reasonable cases, including duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable law.

5. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. If we confirm a duplicate charge or billing mistake, we will issue an appropriate refund.

6. Cancellation

If you cancel a paid subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already paid.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can investigate and try to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the payment dispute is reviewed.

8. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at our contact page and include:

  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • the approximate purchase date;
  • the reason for the refund request; and
  • any invoice, receipt, or transaction details that help us locate the payment.

We will review refund requests as promptly as reasonably possible.
